Randy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in management from Texas State University. He earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Randy was a member of Chi Sigma Iota, the national counseling honor society. Randy is a professional member of the American Counseling Association and is nationally Board Certified as designated by the NCC (Nationally Certified Counselor) certification.

Randy loves his work and enjoys working with those facing complicated and difficult situations, as well as those who want to optimize their personal or professional performance and live a deliberate life. Randy's primary theoretical basis is Cognitive-Behavioral which is very common sense and focuses on examining the thinking processes that lead to particular behaviors, but he also uses many other methods to help you reach your goals. An emerging technique is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which can be used to treat very difficult issues but is also effective in optimizing our daily lives.

Randy has business, teaching, and military experience and offers complimentary phone consultations to ensure he is the right counselor for you. Randy is a Texas-certified high school teacher and has served as a teacher and administrator in regular and alternative education settings. Randy is also a Texas board-approved counselor supervisor.

Randy offers life coaching, business coaching, career coaching, and other nondiagnostic, nonmedical approaches to personal development.

Meagan works with children ages 9+, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, as well as groups.

Meagan earned her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and Education in 2008 from Texas A&M University. She obtained her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at San Antonio, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. She was a member of Chi Sigma Iota which is the national counseling honor society, the American Counseling Association, and served as the treasurer of the Neurofeedback Society.

Meagan is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor, which is recognized as the premier certification for counselors and represents the highest level of professional standards. She is also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, which allows her to play a crucial role in assisting individuals with substance use and other chemical dependencies.

Meagan completed her graduate internship at the University of the Incarnate Word where she assisted individuals in life transitions, relationship struggles, and management of anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. She was also a certified teacher who taught special education and has extensive experience with children's and adolescent behavioral issues.

Meagan enjoys building positive and authentic relationships, regardless of age or situation. However, she has specialized training in early life transitions, from anxiety and social struggles to college readiness. She has completed extensive research on social media influence/addiction and overcoming negative body image and self-esteem. She has specific training in family therapy and enjoys working with couples, as well as parents and mothers experiencing prenatal, perinatal, postpartum, and infertility difficulties. She also has completed additional training in sports psychology and neurofeedback.

Meagan uses cognitive and mindfulness-based therapies, along with creative approaches that are specifically tailored to each client’s needs and individual goals. She strives to create a safe and encouraging space where clients can increase self-awareness and self-compassion, while also exploring stress-management skills and techniques to maintain a life that they are proud of.
